Lightening Speed Snow Removal

I texted Lightening Speed to register my displeasure with the job done on my driveway. It looked as if they made one stroke with the plow and left. They claimed they had spend over an hour on my driveway, but that clearly was not true. I couldn't back my car out of the garage because they had not cleared the driveway enough for me to do so. They offered to refund my money, but I said I wasn't fishing for a refund, but that what I wanted was a clear driveway. So they returned the next day and did a much better job clearing my driveway the way they should have done two days earlier. Before they returned to do the job right, my neighbor texted me to ask if I was happy with the service and I said No! They said they had watched the work from their window and that Lightening Speed was no more than 10 minutes on my driveway before they left. While Lightening Speed's response to my complaint was appreciated, the experience made me decide I would not call on them again.
