KALEB & QUINN , Did a fantastic job on all the little and big jobs , I needed done to get my house prepared for the cold .. Their service was prompt and they called right before they showed up and were right on time !! KALEB was SO Easy to work with making sure everything I needed done was completed .. .. I will surely use LEONE PROPERTY SERVICES AGAIN! I was completely satisfied!!

Please stay far away from this company if you want to keep any of your money or have anything done correctly. I hired Kaleb Leone. Of Leone Property Services, to reshingle a complete roof and put siding on a house and also do interior work. The only thing he accomplished was getting the roof put on. But it failed inspection. I was not smart and I paid in advance. He has since refused to speak to me or return any of the money after I told him I did not want him doing the siding. I also found out He wasn't even licensed to do the jobs. He told me that his father's company 109 home improvements based out of Iowa was the company that did the roof. When I spoke with that company they told me they had no idea what I was talking about. He also claimed that a subcontractor stole $8,100 of the money. BUT Kaleb isn't licensed to be a general contractor. I did all of this as the power of attorney for a disabled veteran. Who was not able to return to his home. He ended up transferring the house to his daughter. Who is also disabled. So now she's stuck with a house that she can't do anything with because he also damaged the house by pulling off parts of the siding. when he had no idea what he was doing. He also gutted the kitchen and left the stove on the back lawn. I had to pay another $300 for a dumpster to get that out of there. Please stay far away from this company. Is anybody has any questions you can feel free to contact me. I've contacted the Minnesota department of Labor and industry. And the attorney general's office. God willing one of them can get some type of resolution. And just so we're clear. I gave him $48,600. That might not seem like a lot to some people. But that was the veterans 401k. So the department of Labor and industry in Minnesota. Sent him a cease and decist letter to stop portraying himself as a licensed contractor. I reached an agreement with him for him to pay back $14,000. The date that I was supposed to get paid he gave me a check for $10,000. Well telling me that he'd get the rest of it as soon as possible. But he claimed he had been fined $40,000 by the department of license and industry in Minnesota. He lied about everything. He has a 10,000 fine hanging over his head. He never paid a dime. Please stay away from this person. He will take you for every dime you're worth. And if you don't think it could happen. He did it to me. And the house is across from his primary residence.
