Josh was the first person I met with for an estimate. Originally, I had wanted to add duct work to a bonus room, but he suggested a mini-split system. He was thorough and provided a written estimate. I had three other companies come out for estimates, and all of them also recommended the mini split system. However, they all recommended the same brand with less BTUs than Josh recommended. I went back to Josh and Martin and asked them to quote me on the other brand. Not only did they offer the best price, they offered the best package, including a five-year warranty on their labor. No one else warranted work longer than two years. When I approved the estimate, they scheduled my job right away. It was installed and working in one day. The guys who performed the install were professional, knowledgeable and even cleaned up when they were done. I would recommend meeting with LPP for an estimate for your next job. I will hire them again.
