socal climate control is the best hands down!!! thank you for all your help

Had to call back twice; once for inadequate heat output and second for roof leak at the installation site. Installation done by new-hirees w/o adequate supervision, in my opinion. --Otherwise, pleased with the project results.

I just wanted to thank Tai, Mike, and the team at SoCal Climate Control. They changed out all our HVAC air ducts (asbestos wrapped from 1977), brought our gas supply and venting up to code, and added another duct with return grill. They also added a furnace intake opening/grill. They were the first quote out of four, and the difference ended up being night and day. They honestly told us what we needed, with Tai using industry technical standards to calculate the particulars (the other three contractors either didn't know how or weren't interested in calculating to find out exactly what we needed. They DID make sure to tell us that we were about to be killed by the asbestos (not true - it was intact and undisturbed) and if we didn't let them abate it the next day (for almost twice the cost that SoCal Climate Control quoted) we were insane! Needless to say, we went with SoCal and are thankful we did. The team they sent did great work and I'm convinced the price was very honest, and our particular job had some challenges that the Company went above and beyond to solve for us. I highly recommend Socal Climate Control to anyone who is considering or needing any HVAC related work to be done.

Installers did a good job with installation but were messy and broke a glass shelf. They left a hole in the ceiling and in one wall. The sales person was excellent and quote was quick.

They worked very fast. No complaints from tenants. Did not try to upsell me by using scare tactics like other companies that provided estimates.

Nolan, the owner is the most professional likable guy you could ever talk to. Just a down to earth guy who could write a book about air conditioning. His lead worker, Erin is cut in the same mold. Erin was user friendly. What I liked most about Erin was he was a great listener and communicator. Both are straight shooters and tell it as it is in friendly we re here for you terms. 5 stars for the guys at SC Climate Control. There competitors should learn from these guys.

They were very professional & very knowledgeable. Straight forward about the service needed and provided. After they serviced our furnace we took them up on their recommendation to properly insulate the attic, sanitize and seal. Happy with service and they really tried to work with us and our budget as much as possible. Will def hire them back and would def recommend.
