Jose came out to trouble my 6 year old water heater which stopped heating and would not respond to my efforts. After a long and thorough attempt to fix the situation, the heater declined to participate. Jose outlined my options and explained in detail what he wanted me to know before deciding to purchase a new system. Once I decided, Jose worked out a plan for me. He made sure his supplier was open on Christmas Eve so he could pick it up and install for me the same day. Jose returned early the next day with his partner to change out the old system (from 2nd floor) and haul the new tank up those pesky stairs. Super Heroes, absolutely. They worked diligently until the job was completed. Jose explained the features/answered my questions and gave me a very fair price. I definitely plan to call him for future needs. He's the best. Jose and his co-workers were great. He arrived promptly, figured out where the clogs were and cleared them with a combination of hydro jetting and root cutting. The problem was the toilet. They hydro Jett the main sewer line , using a camera to demonstrate where roots were. Afterwards , the toilet flushing was still as slow as it ever was. Better support would have been to suggest YouTube video titled unbelievable Trick to Make Your Toilet Flush Like Never Before! On jayâ s How To Channel which showed how to remove calcium & lime deposits Fromm the jets of my toilet using extra strength vinegar poured many times down the overflow spout Iâ m the tank. They didnâ t even bother to check out the toilet until AFTER the sewer line Hydro-jet.
