He is rude never set a foot in my property from day 1- finish. When in the phone always rushing to get another call. The job was delayed for 3 days. Never call back to explain or appologize. Will never hire this guy Or recommend to any one.

So Cal Remediation kept in touch with me and answered all my questions quickly. My asbestos abatement project was handled as fast as possible and the tech was very professional.

Eric from So Cal Remediation was able to seal the asbestos and only charged me $1.25 a sq foot or about $1400. Whereas, another company wanted to charge me $12,500. Thank you Eric. You literally saved me because if I had to spent $12,500, that would have been the end of refurbishing project.

Very courteous technicians

They gave an over the phone estimate; they did not come out to give the estimate. They set appointments and text me very late and did a poor service leaving a hole in my roof. Edit, Let me clarify this review. They did not leave a "hole" in the roof. The metal pipe flange that surrounds the asbestos pipe was cut and mangled by the worker so badly that it would leak profusely. It would not allow for a non leaking cap to be put back on as stated by Eric the phone representative. He stated they've done thousands of these. You just cap the pipe flange after pipe removal. We had to wrap it with plastic and duct tape so it wouldn't leak. The following day we had it repaired properly. Hence another cost. To make matters worse, right after the half star review was posted we received a belligerent phone call from Eric of So Cal Remediation. He wouldn't let me speak and proceeded calling us liars. The pipe was removed. His customer service is atrocious.

We could not be more pleased with the company. We were in dire straights. Let down by all the companies who came before we were lucky enough to hear about So Cal Remediation. When Vanessa heard our predicament she moved heaven and earth to rescue us. She could not have been more helpful, efficient, professional or kind. We were treated as if we had been clients/friends forever. They quoted us an extremely fair price, much more reasonable than some of their competitors. We were impressed by the level of competence, how prompt they were, and that they left the area spotless. We would use this company again, would welcome any of the workers back into our home without any hesitation, recommend them highly. We are happy to have this opportunity to personally thank them for making our home safe and to Vanessa for seeing the project through to completion and making sure our every expectation was met.

The company caused property damage. I informed them and I was told that they would handle the matter, and it has now been weeks, even after speaking to the owner. Clearly they are not able to keep their word, and customer service is not a concern for them.
