I apologize for delaying my review although, is one able to make a review purchasing a car without ever driving it? Can you say how pleased you are with a new home purchase before even moving in? The same applies when you have some roofing replaced. Weâ ve now had our first and only decent rain since it was replaced and I did not see any leaks at all. What a blessing to see that it works very well. *Now, Iâ ll be glad to move on to the details! We donâ t tend to do much roofing on our home as I suspect not many do either however, we had a decent size roofing project that needed immediate attention because our patioâ s roof began to leak water into our casa and on the patio. It became a major problem when the last 3-day rain deluge we had around here many weeks ago. We knew it wasnâ t going to fix itself so ended up contracting SoTex Exteriors-Roofing and Remodeling Company. They proved themselves to be honest, knowledgeable and a reputable company that we would hire for any other roofing project if needed again. No problem. Our contact was Mitchell who made sure things stayed on track at all times. Even the owner Giovanni popped in unexpectedly to also inspect the work being done. Iâ m definitely not a professional roofer but knowledgeable enough to understand what needed to be done and watched it from start to finish and have no doubt it was done extremely well. Our patio is fairly large and some rotten wood also needed replacing besides the whole (patio) roof had to be completely removed and replaced so it surprised me that it was knocked out in one day. â Soup to Nutsâ as they say. The price was more than fair, the work performed exceeded our expectations and we never felt cheated. Iâ m not a gambler at all but hiring someone to do any work at your home can be a crap-shoot?! I believe you can narrow your odds by hiring this company. We did and are pleased with the results! ð

We are first time homeowners and didn't know what to do when our roof was damaged from the hailstorm that hit us last year. Giovanni came and was extremely helpful in not only providing professional recommendations, but he also helped me work with our insurance agent to ensure we received the proper amount with our claim. On the day they came to fix the roof, the team was extremely professional and were extremely proficient. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have their roof replaced or with any other home exterior project.

Great customer service! Giovanni said they like to â look out for our Cibolo neighborsâ and he did. They gave us a quote $700 LESS than another company - who wanted to make unnecessary â repairs.â He had the time so ha made our repairs right on the spot and provided before and after pics. Great service!! Great prices!

Did an outstanding job!!! Cleaned up a bunch of previous issues caused by poor roof work after prior hail losses. Could not be more pleased. Owner of the company, Giovanni, is hands-on and knows better than anyone what needs to be done on a roof!!! Would not use anyone else in the future!!!

I called SoTex because I had rain water leaking into my closet from the roof. Every time it rained hard there would be a puddle in my bathroom and the carpet in my closet would be soaked. I couldn't figure out where the water was coming from until I noticed little droplets running down the wall in my closet and feeling the dampness on the wall. I made the appointment and a day or two later they came out. Giovanni was awesome. He came out in December and gave me the price for repairs. It was about what I expected. He then came out a couple of months later to give me an estimate on replacing the whole roof. He explained the procedures and what materials would be used and how quickly the job woulf be done. Ultimately I decided to do the repairs. Giovanni was never pushy and paying was easy. Everytime I called the woman who answered was always friendly and pleasant to talk to. When I have the funds I'll ask them to replace the whole roof.
