ShowTime Roofing

Devin from Showtime Roofing stopped by and talked to me about possible hail damage from a storm in May. I didn't think that I would have any damage because I had the roof replaced in 2008 with 30 year dimensional shingles that were suppose to hold up well to hail. But I let him go up on the roof to inspect it. He did find hail damage and felt it was significant enough for a roof replacement. He started a claim with my insurance company on that Saturday, 7/27. My insurance adjuster reached out to Showtime for detailed photos of the damage on Tuesday. By Wednesday morning Devin notified me that my insurance company approved my claim to replace my roof. The claim process was very easy and required minimal effort on my part. Devin came out and we discussed the color of the shingles, roof vents and drip edge. The roofing materials were delivered on 8/21 and the roof was replaced on 8/22. They replaced my felt underlayment with Rhino Roof synthetic underlayment. They replaced my 30 year shingles with Owens Corning Trudefintion Duration 40 year dimensional shingles. On the day the roof was replaced, a crew of 5 showed up (3 men & 2 women). They did a great job of removing the old roof, cleaning up the debris and installing the new roof. They were very professional and experienced. The began the work at 8:00 am and were completely finished by 4:30 pm. I was very impressed and satisfied with this crew's quality of work. My experience with Showtime Roofing was great from beginning to end. They took care of everything that they said they would and made this an extremely easy process for me. I would highly recommend Showtime Roofing if you are considering a roof replacement.

Showtime was instrumental in me getting a new roof. Others around me got new roofs (storm damage) I failed to act. Showtime offered to inspect my roof then helped me through the insurance process. I believe having their assistance was key as it was after the fact. After approval they immediately scheduled the new roof, it was done on time and in less than a day. Iâ m no expert, but roof looks great, cleanup after the job was great. They even got any loose nails. Important for me because I have pets. I canâ t recommend them enough.

We highly recommend Showtime Roofing! We had significant storm damage and they worked through the process with our insurance company which was very helpful. Most important by far, is that we had a communication issue during installation, and Showtime Roofing made everything right by us! Itâ s one thing when everything goes as planned, but when there is an issue, you want a company that will do the right thing. That is Showtime Roofing. Special thanks to Paul who was kind, gracious, listened to our concerns, and never wavered on taking care of the situation. And our roof and gutters look beautiful!

I was definitely a little hesitant to work with door knockers, but I knew my neighbors had been getting new roofs and I did enjoy my conversation with their reps. Them being veteran owned/operated sold me quite a bit too. They ended up advocating for me and making things easy on my end with my insurance company, and after that the construction was fast and I saved a very pretty penny by trusting the guys. Nothing came up that was not normal for a large project, and that was more than worth it for the money I saved. I was actually happy enough to refer them to a few friends after we had closed everything out. Chris and DJ were who I worked with the most, shout out to those guys! - Marty

Paul was so easy to work with. The roofing and guttering crews did an amazing job and we are very happy with them. Our insurance company as well as our mortgage company made the whole payment thing very cumbersome and confusing, but Paul was very patient and helpful throughout the process. A really great team and very customer service oriented. We do not see many companies today that we can say this about! GREAT JOB FOLKS!

There was a bit of miscommunication between myself and the job foreman but in the end we ended up with the required repairs at a very reasonable rate.

They are very professional. They assisted me with my insurance company which wanted to give me a partial roof, but with their help I got my whole roof replaced. Great communication, punctual.

The owner John was extremely knowledgeable about working with our insurance company to get the damages paid for. Everything was done in a timely manner, and extremely professional.

I had a leak in my guest bedroom. They came out and did a free inspection and found exactly where the water was coming in at. I had hail damage to my shingles and ridge vents. I filed a claim and Showtime handled all of the back and forth with my insurance company. This was a smooth process from start to finish and after all was said and done, I got a new roof and gutters and only paid my $1000 deductible!!! Great workmanship and even better communication throughout the entire process!

I would and have recommended showtime roofing to many friends, family and even customers I do business with. I dealt with John directly and he made the process super easy going and he came out and represented for us and got our roof approved. We are extremely happy with the outcome and we even got an upgrade on our roof to a better one. If you are like me and do your research for good contractors, Iâ d say you are in the right place with John. He really has the knowledge and great customer service skills. He in my opinion didnâ t give me a bad vibe once. He was transparent and really went above and beyond and wasnâ t shady like some contractors we have had in the past. Overall excellent service with Showtime Roofing

Absolutely amazing job with my roof install! John goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done perfect. Thank you!
