As a single woman homeowner, I especially appreciated that Dylan, the owner, treated me with the utmost respect throughout the entire process. He never talked down to me or “mansplained” anything — instead, he communicated clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood every step along the way. The entire process was seamless from start to finish, with everything upfront and no hidden charges or surprises. The crew that came to my home was incredibly professional, efficient, polite, and kind, and they did excellent work. I would highly recommend Sobczak Exteriors to anyone needing roofing work done.

Dylan was amazing to work with from beginning to end. On his first visit before me agreeing to even use him he took several pictures of my roof and emailed to my insurance company. He worked with my carrier and the new buyer on my hime with all the details. His crew were just as amazing. Always timely and left my property cleaner than it was when they got there. Would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting a stress free roof replacement.

Dylan came out after a storm to check my roof out. He was very thorough and took pictures then showed me all of them and went through them with me. He told me honestly that I didn't need replacement at this point and was realistic and honest. I really appreciated that since he came out for free and didn't sell me something I didn't need. When I do need it replaced or another storm comes through I will be calling him again.
