Hired this person to do multiple projects around our house which he said he has done these projects many times before, 2- concrete pads, 2- french drains, tile the yard, and bring in many tons of dirt to level off and reseed the yard. We would talk about how I like things done along with his father before he started the projects. We would agree to it, then he would do it his way, he never wrote things down (as I did), then would come back and say **I never said that**, he acted very childish at times. Concrete pads: Had to hire another man (at an additional cost to me) to totally replace one concrete form (the one was twisted, bowed and would have fallen apart once the concrete was poured. He did not know what he was doing) and also showed this so-called contractor how to tile the yard (once again he did not know what he was doing). He threatened to quit a couple of times. I had given him to much money upfront (my fault on that). I told him **do what you have to do**. He would work for a few days and then be gone for a week would not return calls. He has NO communication skills! Now his father got involved, he came over for a week to build the second form and add rebar to both, his father along with another helper poured the concrete, (the finished work turned out terrible), that is when I found out his kid does not do concrete work and never helped in the pouring of the concrete (another lie), and that his father told another person that He(meaning his kid) will never bid another concrete job, go figure. French drains: they do not look bad, they just did not add enough stone, as we agreed to, which I will do next at my expense (once again, he did it his way) to hell with the customer, once again. The yard looks good but we will not know until the grass grows, fingers crossed. He listed many things he can do on his sites along with pictures of **projects from other people*. I think. The only thing I believe he does is the landscaping part and mowing of the grass. And yes I did pay him ALL of the money owed. It is very hard to find a good contractor anymore to do the job that the CUSTOMER wants, along with quality first. I will pay for quality, not a fly by night wannabe.

They did a good job.

Overall they did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone. However there is one spot that isnâ t finished but I think they did the best there as they could.
