If I could give them 6 stars I would! Kyle and Nolan were exceptional. Very meticulous. They arrived 5 minutes ahead of time and stayed longer than they had planned. Each spot on my carpet was a mission for them! The price was as quoted! I am extremely pleased. I will use them again!

Didn't pre-treat. Left a spot that we were able to reduce with our own machine. Wanted 1/3 more money to come back and fix. NO WARRANTY for their service. Everyone else we have ever used would redo spots that showed up afterwards. Not impressed. Having someone else fix the spot they left.

They were about 45 minutes late and if I hadn't called them I wouldn't have known and been just waiting and waiting. She was apologetic but I was still anniyed. Did a super job on the carpeting tho.
