Miguel and his company Sod N Things is everything you want to find in a small company or any size company for that matter. Responsive, respectful, timely and a reasonable. This was a fairly simply project, adding a basic but quality new sprinkler system to a fairly new sodded back yard that was sodded within the past year but without a sprinkler system. He made the first appointment on time and described exactly what he wanted to do after discussing what I wanted for the yard. From the time of the first meeting to completion was less than 5 days. Fantastic work and would recommend to anyone who needs work done anywhere in their yard.

Fabulous work. I purchased a home where the previous owners let the lawn go to nothing but dirt and thick weeds. Sod N Things took the existing mess and turned it into a beautiful, useable lawn. I had sod, river rock, trees, and a sprinkler system put it. They were timely to respond to my initial request for a quote, provided a quote within a day or so, and work began almost immediately and was completed in a very timely manner. I highly recommend their services.

Miguel with Sod N Things is a true professional! I had a very large project for rental property that needed an extensive amount of work (irrigation system, rock, sod, and bush removal). I explained to him that this project is for a rental property and that I needed a lawn that matched the style neighborhood and that was easy to maintain for my renters. He was the only contractor who didnâ t try to upsell me on all the extras he had available and truly listened to my specific needs for a rental property rather than for a primary residence. His estimate was easy to read and even broke down the pricing for the multiple options we had discussed and included computer generated images of what the final project would look like upon completion. This was a large project, the lawn had been neglected for years so he had a huge undertaking to say the least. His work is absolutely beautiful! He did such an incredible job with this space that I didnâ t even recognize the house when I pulled up. The neighbors even went out of their way to let us know how much the loved the lawn. In addition, Miguel communicated with me every step of the way and always followed through with everything. I felt that my project was his primary focus and that he wasnâ t juggling multiple jobs. I am beyond impressed with the quality of his work and professionalism. I cannot say enough great things about this company.
