Please all Soda City pool customer check your Credit Card statements, they will charge you the same amount multiple times. I have a customer for years, paying the typically $309 per month. I decided to have them install a water heater on March 4th for a total amount of $8,603.12, at that time they required a deposit for $4,301.56 which was paid with my Amex. After the work was completed, the balance was paid on 3/27/26 for $4,630.47. Original amount $8,603.12 approved on 3/4/26 Deposit paid $4,301.56 on 3/4/26 via Amex Balance paid $4,630.47 on 3/27/26 via Amex They have since charge my Amex and Citi cards multiple times, for charges totaling $27,810.87 Citi 3 $4,601.56 2 $386.25 (this was the monthly fee + late fee that never happened) Amex 2 $4,301.56 1 $4,630.57 They wrote me 2 checks that were no good 1 $14,577.18 and 1 $13,233.69 We have been working with them for weeks and it always the same, lies and lies.
