Bob was there, on time, when he said he would be. He did the initial work agreed on and when we decided to add some additional work to that, he was very gracious and said he would be able to do it and the whole project was done in a very timely manner. If he couldn't be there for whatever reason, he was always sure that I knew he would not be and said when he would be back. Very reliable and did a great job!

Fast 2-day service - came out promptly after hired but had to go all the way back to Minong for a proper fitting tool, for which he did not charge extra. Fee for service was very fair. Results were good.
