"Irene, I am sad to see this review was left. You gave us a list of what you would like done. We spent more than 2 and half hours in your home doing everything on the list plus everything we do on a deep clean in addition to your request. When we completed the list you were unsatisfied and asked us to do additional things that normally we do not provide on a deep clean. you had asked us to do things normally provided on a move-out clean. We did however want to make sure you had the best experience possible as client satisfaction is our primary goal so we obliged your additional requests free of charge."
