I live in rural Iowa. Rey was always available by phone. He evaluated my home for a stair lift with photos I sent. With his recommendations, I believe I have the best cost-effective system for my specific needs. He arranged for an area installer. All went very well. My eighty-six-year-old mother purchased a Harmar Pinnacle SL300 stair lift from Solano.com. We live in a rural area in MI.. Solano, had the lift direct shipped from Harmar to her door in four days. I did the install myself. The technical support I received from Rey Solana was outstanding. He is a wealth of knowledge. The Info. he provided can not be found on an install video or manual. His tips saved me hours of work and frustration. He is accessible, in my case: text and phone. I frequently communicated with him during the install. He reached out the evening of the install to see how everything went. I appreciated the follow-up. A good communicator: professional, friendly, easy to understand. It was a pleasure working with him. The lift is working beautifully. My hats off to Rey Solano. The product and support he provided has vastly improved the quality of my mothers life.

Charged $295 service call plus batteries said he includes 1 year service contract needed rollers and he wanted$675 more bogus contract

"The customer needed more extensive work than he initially described when he called for service. When we told the customer the cost was $640.00 to completely repair the lift, which included two home visits (one visit with two men), and various parts he balked at the price so we fixed the lift without performing the additional repairs. Included with his initial service call he received a free annual labor contract that covers for a routine maintenance call (in six months) and most of the labor involved with fixing the lift. Unfortunately, It does not cover the labor for work that needed to be fixed during our initial service call. If the customer wants to completely fix the lift he would have to pay an additional $345.00 (the difference between $640.00 and $295.00)."

Ray Solano contacted me within 3 minutes of getting his info from Home Advisor. He was at my home the next evening to fix and service my chair lift. (Yes - he accommodated my work schedule). He was prompt, professional, and friendly. He explained everything he was doing as he worked. After he fixed the lift , he meticulously cleaned my complete lift and the area where he worked. I highly recommend his company. It was a pleasure to meet and work with Mr. Solano.

"This customer originally purchased a used stair lift he found in a garage sale, and incorrectly installed the rail system himself, which caused the motor to fail. We offered to either rebuild the motor or to sell him a fully warrantied refurbished carriage. The customer decided to purchase a fully warrantied refurbished carriage. In addition, we correctly reinstalled the rail system and gave him a one year warranty on parts and labor for the refurbished carriage. Since the date of our installation of a fully warrantied refurbished carriage and reinstalling the rail system the customer has had good performance of the lift as they have not called us for any service. We will be back to service the customer within six months to perform a free maintenance."

I could not have asked for better service. I only gave Ray five stars because I could not give him 10 ! He was able to come the same day and get the chair back in operation so mom could go upstairs to her bedroom. The only service person I will ever call again !
