The invoice with the job description was provided by Thuy Nguyen via text from Supreme Gutter Guard, LLC. Calvin Jones, the installer, arrived as scheduled at 09:15 am. Removed splash guards to clear the super gutters for the stainless mesh-style leaf guard. Secured the leaf guard to the gutter with self-tapping screws and applied industrial siliconized sealant along the gutter and my 60 linear foot lanai roofline. He cleaned out the drain spouts, ensured water flow from rooftop to drain, and had to clear mud and golf-ball-filled sub-terranean outlets to get the water flowing. I later learned that Thuy and Calvin had worked together for another popular leaf guard installer, but decided they could do better for less. Thuy and Calvin are a bit smarter than most. The work took about 4 hours and was well worth the price.

We ended up getting metal gutters which is best for the florida heat. They suggested incorporating a rain chain on two sections of the gutters for a small & medium porch overhang that worked out perfectly on our first few rains. The aesthetics of the house from the street looks so much more “finished”. No more trenches around the house from rain dripping off the roof. Now I can do my plant beddings on the front & back of our house without worrying about the rain running off the roof creating trenches & damaging the plants. I would highly recommend Supreme Gutter Guard to anyone. Great work guys :)

Thuy and his team did a great job with my gutters. They showed up on time, did excellent work, and my gutters look (and are working) great. I also got a reasonable price. Nice job by Thuy and team. (Calvin was great, too!)

"Morning Ebony, We installed exactly what was agreed upon. You wanted to add more extension and elbows to the downspouts which were not part of the agreement. We installed what was a safe and functional design but you wanted the guys to extend the downspout way out which poses the danger of tripping and looks plain ugly. We went beyond and above the scope of the work and did not charge for any of the extra work. In addition, we sent another contractor to clean out the SUPER GUTTERS that have not been cleaned in 30 years AT COST to help you out and still you have lambasted us. We literally installed an additional $75 worth of product and did not charge you for it and still, you complain. I hope you find your inner peace and best wishes to any feature home remodeling! I will pray for you to find peace within yourself! Have a blessed day! Supreme Gutter Services."

Do not use this guy. He did not disclose to me up front that he was using subs, even tho later he said they were disclosed in the contract. They were, but he should have disclosed that up front for full transparency since he was selling me as if it was *his* company doing the work. It was not. He was subbing it out to his *approved* subs, but that was never verbally disclosed to me when selling the job. When I confronted him about that on the day of the job when his sub rolled up and I did not recognize the company name, he got defensive saying it was in the contract, *in the small print at the bottom of the first page* and proceeded to cancel the job on me and then hung up on me. Lack of transparency up front is enough to avoid this guy.

"Rick, I do apologize that you had a really bad experience with the painters who were painting your house. You took all your anger on me and defamed my characters even though I have responded to at least 10 calls from you quickly and have been truly kind and cooperative in working with you. I do not wish to do business with those who were literally shouting and screaming at me for 20 minutes. Life is too short to earn a living this way! I did not hang up on you. At the end of 20 minutes conversation, you have infringed on my serenity I said to you I believe, "it is best you find another gutter company to install your gutters" and wish you the best of luck! Everything you demanded was stated in the agreement and we have not collected a dime from you. If you feel you cannot trust us to do the job then simply cancel the agreement. Life is way too short to focus on non-sense things that make you truly angry! After all, the gutter is a tool to divert rainwater. Again, I am sorry we could not help you! May God bless you! Came out, measured, gave a fair estimate. Then owner sent two men to complete the job, which they did in six hours. All gutters replaced. Only thing is, never saw the owner again. Called him once, very responsive, handled issue, paid him by mail. Project completed within one week of estimate, would recommend for gutter install.

Just a little bit of miscommunication regarding scheduling but otherwise a completely positive experience. It's been over a week since the gutters were completed and it hasn't rained a drop, so I really don't know if they work as designed or not!
