Yes, I recommend this pro
I signed a contract with the PPA, which is now live in Texas so I have dual warranties. After about a week after signing, they came and installed very quickly. Exactly where the design said the panels would be. Nothing came out of my pocket and everything was super easy from transitioning from paying my power bill. Theyâ ve done a good job getting sales reps who are honest and tell you things exactly how it is. Would recommend to anyone in Permian basin.

Darsh Sheet our salesman told us we would receive 30% rebate 14000 to 17000 return that is a lie he is seeing in Texas he should no the law. He said we would have O or a negative for buy back wrong ele. Bill has been 299.00 last 2 months plus 224.00 for panels. He never said the 224.00 for 18 months would turn into 349.00 a month for 21 years. I told him and his buddy I will be back to look over contracts, they never left but while I was gone the two pressured my wife to signing my signature they used that to sign everything no power of attorney, no notary nothing. Then they made a video on my front porch using me as a total make up. Then you unable to get ahold of a person who is not already coached what to say and do that do not help you a bit

Trust has been broken by nearly everyone I have talked to at Smart Energy Today/Lumio. It has been over EIGHT months now since my first signing with your sales representative, Josh Miller. Summer has come and gone, and we STILL have no working solar panels with zero communication from anyone in your organization on when this will be completed. The absolute TERRIBLE experience we have had was as follows: 4/14: Spoke with Josh Miller. We were told if we signed that night, we would be given 3 months worth of payments. Signed that night. 4/15: Welcome email received from Smart Energy Today with timeline saying target 6-8 weeks from finance approval with a picture showing a maximum timeline of 12 weeks, which would have been 7/15. 5/10: Got an email requesting documentation with my name on the property. House is under my husbands name, so we needed to add his name to the loan. 5/24: Signed new documents with my husband's name on them. The new maximum timeline should have been 8/24. 6/22: Solar panel was installed roughly around this time. After the installation, I got a physical copy of a timeline showing a timeline maximum of 84 days plus one step that had a variable date range. The new maximum timeline should have been roughly 9/22 without knowing what the variable timeline is. This was the final update to the timeline I got, so as far as we are concerned, this should have been the target date. 6/23: The inspection was supposed to happen in the morning. Waited until 1 in the afternoon with no one showing up and no word on when the inspector would be coming, we needed to reschedule due to work. I was told someone would call me back to reschedule, but no one ever did. I had to reach back out to Josh for help to get the inspection rescheduled. 7/2: Got a letter from Service Finance Company that our first payment is due 7/28. We asked Josh about this since only the solar panels were installed, but our main panel which needed to be replaced due to age was not installed yet and was rolled into the loan. Josh acknowledged that this seemed odd and would look into it. 7/21: We got our first bill from Service Finance Company. Sent to Josh again, and he said he had looked into it. 8/16: Main panel replacement occurred. On the same day, we got a call from Service Finance Company that we are 19 days overdue and will be going into collections soon. Reached out to Josh again about this, and Josh promised he had paid the late fee. 8/18: Finally got a gift card from Lumio with the first three months of payments that Josh promised us. Since we had to resign the loan for a new amount since the main panel was rolled into the loan, the gift card was for 3 months based on the old amount, not the new amount, and it did not include the late fee that Josh promised. Was told I would get an additional gift card for the remainder by a representative who called me to confirm I got the gift card. 8/19: Got a survey from Lumio about the solar panel installation. I took the survey and fully explained the horrible experience I had up until that point. The survey asked if I would like someone to contact me, and I said yes. To this day, no one has contacted me. 9/2: the City of Seattle came to inspect expecting a Lumio representative to be present, but there was no Lumio representative. Josh said that no Lumio representative should be onsite. Via email, Jennifer said a Lumio representative should have been onsite. I told Jennifer Josh said this was not necessary, and Jennifer said there should have been. Rescheduled inspection. 9/13: Got a text from Jennifer saying I needed to schedule an inspection again, which made me think the previous inspection scheduled on 9/2 did not occur (an error on her part). 9/17: Texted Josh asking for a follow-up on the gift card. Zero acknowledgment. I do not have enough character space to write up the rest of my experience. I still have not received my gift c...

Solar panels were installed on May 15, 2022. Almost five months later, coordination for inspection has not been done, the electrical system has not been completed, calling customer service is useless; the financial company is already receiving payments and since I placed a stop-payment with my bank, the finance company started their threats about the collection, home deed, etc. I filed a complaint with Utahs BBB and am now writing my states attorney general. I will add to my complaint for the AGs office to investigate the possibility of removing the license from this company in the state of New Mexico.

My experience has been overwhelming and frustrating. They promise services they do not offer. It is extremely unprofessional the way they communicate and work for you. It has been 7 months since they installed my solar panels and they are still not connected so I am stuck paying 2 bills. I have had birds nesting in those solar panels. I do not recommend Lumio to anyone unless you are willing to chase answers.

After signing a contract for right around $72,000 these guys came and installed the panels in the front of our home instead of in the back like what was agreed upon in our initial consultation. Not only where the panels not installed in the right place, but they are also installed sporadically around our vent pipes and look terrible. After nearly two months of leaving messages and getting the runaround, we were basically informed that we had already signed the contract and that they were not going to do anything about it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Lumio formally known as AKE came to my home 2 years ago and sold me $42000 worth of solar panels for my home. I was promised that my electric bill would be totally covered by the system and I would only have a $20 monthly storage payment from Gulf Power. AKE was representing another company who did the install. AKE did all of the determinations of the size of my system. I have received electric bills every month for between $150 to $300 monthly besides the $166 solar payments. I have been fighting both companies for the past 2 years without success. I finally was able to find out why I continue to get high electric bills. I only got half of the amount of panels it took to cover my usage. Right after my system was put in the companies parted on bad terms. Whenever I could get someone on the phone from either company they totally blamed each other. I am 74 and live with my 97 year old mom. We were totally scammed by AKE now known as Lumio. I have the Senior Fraud office trying to help me but they cannot get a call back. Do not trust this company. I am devastated financially as I live on a fixed income. The solar system was to give me relief as I grow older but instead has become an albatross. Shame on them for the scam and shame on me for trusting them.
