Can you imagine enjoying a drain problem? Well I did. Rolando,such a dear sweet man,took charge and did an excellent and efficient job.

They make things right.

Roland responded very quickly to my request. He knew what was wrong with my water heater & went out of his way to get it repaired fast so that I would not be without hot water any longer than was necessary. I would highly recommend Roland to anyone. Profession & excellant customer service!

Got a call promptly from Roland regarding the need for a new water heater.....he was professional and polite.....arrived the next morning gave me a estimate and returned the next day and replace our old water heater.....did a great job !!! Will call him again if we need any plumbing work !!!!!

Still waiting for them to repair my water heater after two weeks of being told they were looking for parts. Haven't heard from them since.

Professional, straight-forward.

Roland was very kind and let me know what I needed to correct the problem. Unfortunately, I have an older Delta shower handle that needed to be replaced to stop the leaking. I knew that "newer" Delta parts may not fit the "older" parts I had. His knowledge of plumbing was what I feel helped with the old/new part situation. It took some time, but he stayed with it until the job was done properly. I had to call Roland the next day. The shower handle was not giving me any hot water. So, he made it a point to come out that day. First he made sure I had hot water in the bathroom sink and asked me about the kitchen sink. I did and then he made the necessary adjustment to the shower handle. Took only a few minutes, but he made sure it wasn't just an adjustment by asking about the other faucets in the house. Roland took the extra time and it made a big difference to me. A "repair man" that actually cared about his job and customers.

Roland was very friendly. It is very nice to see someone today with his honesty.

Roland was very polite and considerate. I am from out of town but needed repair on water heater at home in Norwalk where my older brother4 resides. He showed up prior to work date to see what was need, ordered parts so that on day I came down he was ready and completed the job in a timely manner. Also returned to install garbage disposal and replaced pipes under sink, and cleared stopped up sink drain in bathroom. He is now my go to man for plumbing needs.
