They promised a lifetime warranty but some screens have come apart in less than a year. I tried calling and texting but no response. Would appreciate flow up.

Continually having warranty issues. Only after 2nd visit did he recommend the screens be installed differently. No showed several times (at least 3) when scheduled. Homeowner not very happy.

Fred and his cohort were incredibly efficient, getting right in and out within 30 minutes. But what really impressed me, Fred had come out to my house last year, literally the day before Harvey hit and measured my windows. I called him this year, 11 months later and not only did he still have my file and window measurements, but he honored last years quote which he certainly did not have to do. With this Houston heat, I immediately booked him for the install. It is literally like night and day regarding my inside temperatures now! And my screens have a lifetime warranty.

They were great. Actually did it a day early. They called me almost immediately.

Fred stopped by to give me a price on my windows while I was at work and when he came back to install the screens, he overlooked one of the windows. I have been trying to get him to come back to finish the last window for almost two months now and he keeps giving me the run around. Very disappointing.
