Solor Tech, punctual, knowledgeable , took time to throughly assess issues and gave clear explanations for repairs. Took pictures and explained next sets . Unfortunately could not repair same day but Issac was extremely professional explained repair process / set an appointment for service completion.

Issac, representing ssp, did an excellent job replacing our inverter. This was a 2 week job, week one Issac diagnosed the problem with the manufacturing tech, giving us access to an RMA replacement. Other companies wanted to outright replace/upgrade our system with out even exploring other options, they even charged an extra fee to climb and look at the panels as part of the quote. When the replacement inverter arrived Issac returned and set it all up quickly and professionally. This was way under budget we had set aside for repairs by a huge margin. Thanks again Issac and SSP.

Solar Service Professionals truly are professional at what they say they are going to do. Eduardo, solar technician is great to work with. he was on time and replaced my inventor with a new inventor. His work was detailed, insatlled the inventor level and removed all old parts of old inventor. He paid attention to the detail necessary to provide a clean looking install. He walked me through the app and was very patient with me. I highly recommend Solar Professionals for any work you may need on your solar system from inventors, solar panel, connections or just trouble shooting you system. Eduardo Rodriguez : I initially had a rocky experience due communication however project was passed to Eduardo and this is my experience From start to finish, the experience was professional, efficient, and hassle-free. Punctuality & Communication The technician arrived on time and was well-prepared with the necessary tools and diagnostic equipment. Before starting the inspection, they took the time to explain the process and what they would be checking, which I really appreciated.
