I really liked the rep and the company was upfront from the start. I've had the solar for over a year now with only a few minor issues which were promptly fixed when brought to their attention. The only thing I would say is, make sure you use your acct to moniter the production or check the box itself to ensure a green light at least every other day. System updates can cause it to stop monitering and it's not always caught right away.

To install our solar panels, we also needed to replace our roof. Solar Solution coordinated with a roofing contractor to give us a quote. Since they were in-line with the other quotes we had gotten, we used their recommendation and the roof and panel installation went smoothly. They kept me updated on the project status (permits, inspections, etc.) via the portal and weekly phone calls

Robert presented a very reasonable package to us and followed through on all the points. He had a great crew and they worked outstandingly every day. They always cleaned up and never left my yard a mess. He even fixed some additional things to make sure we were completely satisfied. Highly recommended.

After contacting 5 companies i decided on this one and am so pleased i did. They were low pressure, stayed in MY budget, not pushing product. They helped with incredible finance deal, and completed work in a matter of 1 day. After an error they stayed on task and labored free to correct it. No "affiliated sales" calls from 3rd party vendors. Even helped me set up the network connection. Not going to go with Anyone different as long as this company exists!

Robert does an exceptional job with initial contact and follow up. We are very happy with the installation and product. There were a few minor glitches with communication during installation, but was pleased with everything at the end of the project.
