Purchased a solar pool heating system one and a half years ago from solar solutions. Tim's selling point was their 12 year warranty. 1 panel flew off my roof ultimately damaging tow panels. SURPRISE!!!! warranty does not cover damage from wind. Checked the weather service high winds were 18mph the day this occurred. $750 for a new panel and $250 service call. Still down 1 less panel and no responsibility taken for a lousy installation. Two of my direct neighbors have the same exact system installed by solar solutions and they have no damage. Tim says the wind doesn't effect everybody's installation the same, I agree it only effect the sub-par installations. Many solar pool heating options out there, keep looking before signing with solar solutions.

The install went fine but we had issues with it not working. Service ticket completion was long but they did come out and complete. I would recommend. Just be patient.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
