Solar Water Heater System Service
Had them install a heat-pump 50 gallon hot water heater in a tight corner of the garage. They had to work some 'magic' with the plumbing but did not cut corners. They did an excellent job and I will hire them for a solar electric install in the future.

Swimming Pool Heaters Installation and Replacement
This company is amazing. From the salesman Tim Bullock through the installers one of them name is Bo and I forgot the other ones name. (my bad) They called and set the day of installation for my solar swimming pool system. When the day came they got right to work and had everything completed in under 4 hours. The system is great. The first day the temp was up 2=3 degrees. By the end of the second day the temperature had gone up 8 degrees. Bo explained everything that they did to both myself and then to my wife. It's so easy to operate just turning one lever. I can't say enough great things about this company. Bravo

Bert was great. Got here on time - gave me a heads up when he was coming - did a great job and he also was recommended by my sister who used him (I had forgotten) a while ago. He's good and he owns the company as well as does the work - he has others who work for him but he still gets dirty. He fixed my leaks in the panels from squirrels and could have charged me much more but didn't.

Make sure that your electrical output can handle the unit being installed. I needed to upgrade my service in order to support the addition of this pool heater. My error, no one else's.

Solar Panel Installation
Chose a different installer who was not such a high pressure sales, and was willing to provide me with the system I wanted. This company tried to sell me an inferior product at a higher price and insisted on their financing option instead of my own financing. Bottom line is it would have cost me more in the long run. They only got three stars for quality because the salesman did go beyond the solar system and offered some suggestions that helped reduce my total power consumption. Unfortunately, he was not that knowledgeable of the product or the engineering behind it. To be fair, I am an electronic engineer by trade.

Nice on the phone but sales/tech guy who came out to house was obnoxious and did not get job done properly. Another service tech guy had to come out the next day and still the job was not completed properly

"(consumer name withheld per their request), I apologize that you had a negative experience. I reviewed your service, and at the first visit we determined that your panels are completely shot due to poor condition and age, so we isolated the system. You called requesting a second visit since it still seemed to be leaking, and this time we determined that you had stagnant water piling up on your badly bowing and damaged lower headers. The system was isolated properly on the first visit. We released all of the built-up water from the lower headers for you to stop this 'leaking'. Unfortunately due to the condition of the system, we can not fully repair this for you. At our first visit our technicians did explain this and leave you a quote for a new system. I apologize that you feel our service was unsatisfactory and we will strive to continue to improve."

Solar Water Heater System Repair
Decided to install a PV system. Will buy battery later. Will pay for PV system instead of power company via "net-metering" for $125.00 per month for 15 years with nothing down. Loan is transferable to new owner. The whole thing was a complete no-brainer. Now there are no excuses for people to go solar in Florida!!

Great people and know their business. A little higher but remember you get what you pay for. For me a system like this needs to be right. Other solar company's I called (two) never followed up after they found out I was going with Solar Source. Also they have a crazy good finance plan!
