Swimming Pool Heaters Installation and Replacement
I originally hired Robert to replace my pool heater and Jandy control panel system. He was timely and extremely professional, his staff was on time and extremely professional. Since then the system stopped working and I need his team to come out and fix the system. He and his team have been giving us the runaround, telling us we?re a priority and then just not calling, not texting and not showing when they gave us a timeframe. This has happened 5X now I totally understand things come up and one time maybe two is acceptable but at this point, I am absolutely shocked and appalled with the service to keep telling you if you?re gonna be there at a certain time and then just never show up and not take my calls when I?m trying to find out where you are or text messages. I?m making myself available in the time spot that you?re giving me and to not show up or call or answer my call is disrespectful. Don?t expect them to service what they install I guess is the moral of the story.

Swimming Pool Heaters Installation and Replacement
I can't say enough good about these guys. They showed up with in an hour of the pool heater, going out. They were knowledgeable, efficient and cheerful even know it was raining. In a very short manner of a few hours I had a new unit installed up and running at a very favorable price. Once again thanks guys.

Robert, the owner and his team installed all the necessary equipment for my new pool such as a salt cell, spa bubbler, automation, pump, electric and solar heater. Six months later and everything is still running smoothly.

Robert was called on Monday, he was out there and problem solved by noon the next day. He is very nice and has a terrific work ethic. The company I previously used who installed recent panels would not come out and would not recommend anyone. That was Roark Solar. Very happy with Robert at Platinum pools. He also installed a pool heater for me and was quite reasonable. Use this company and you will be very pleased. I am picky but I am pleased with this company!
Response from SolarX
"Thank you Cynthia! We are so pleased you choose us to work with. Our team works very hard to make our customers happy with our work. Thank you again the support and sharing your kind words with our community."
