My 1st need was to replace a Power Panel. They had also given a bid to replace all outlets and switches with Decora. And low voltage plates and thermostats. In addition, had them add 2 outside outlets and put in GFCI's where necessary. Given the history of the Panel in other homes and its Manufacturer, opted for the additional work as a safety measure and since home was going to go on market, as a selling point. Plus this way I knew everything electrical 110/220 voltsm worked safely and was marked. All that came out were knowledgeable and efficient.

Marv came out to give me the estimate. His price is fair. He also suggested alternatives to keeps costs down. John and Bryan did the work, installing light fixtures, gfi outlets, fixing reverse polarity, etc. John had to go under my house into a very tight crawl space with fallind gown insulation and he did this. John had to remove some old drywall that of course broke into pieces. He even went to the trouble to take the pieces and screw them back into the ceiling of the garage. Solarside crew is courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and fair price. I recommend them and will certainly use them again.

Marv drove out and gave a free estimate/quote. Another vendor wanted a drive out fee. I needed a 3-way switch split to allow 2 ceiling fans on one switch and isolate the one light. required running a new line in attic and rewiring wires on the current (2-way) switch...I needed a 3-way which I purchased and had ready to install. He finished in about 1hr maybe a little more but it was a simple quick job. His estimate was on the high end of my expectation but about average from other vendor. Third vendor didn't even call. Will definitely use Marv for future projects.
