I hired Solaz Cleaning to clean my house after I moved out and before a friend moved in. I had been living there for 15 years so there was a lot of dust built up under the furniture that wasn't even apparent until we moved everything out! I instantly got a call from Solaz after I requested info and had them at the house giving an estimate soon after speaking with them. The house was cleaned the following day and they did a great job! I will be recommending them to others for sure!

I had company coming to stay for a month and I have never used a cleaning service before so I went to HomeAdvisor for help. I reached out to Solaz Cleaning Service. I called and they responded right away. The owner came to my home and was extremely professional. I arranged for them to clean including windows and set the date for 5/25/17. The night before, they texted to confirm my appointment and gave me a time frame of 11:30-12pm. At 11:30am, they texted and said they would be there late 1-1:30pm. My husband took the day off from work to be here with them so I said OK. At 1:30pm I received another texted saying they would prefer to come Monday, to give my home the time it deserved. I said absolutely not. My guests were to arrive Sunday morning. She then explained her husband cut his hand and they were in the ER. I was sorry he was hurt but I didn't understand why there was a problem. Before I hired them I was told there was a team of people that come at the same time. Why couldn't the other members of the team come. She said she would let me know what was happening. At 5:30pm, Friday night, I texted her again. She said her husband was going to need surgery. Again, I apologized but what were they going to do. I had one day before my guests were coming. I have a cat and they are allergic so deep cleaning was very important. I work 6 days a week. Needless to say, the woman never texted me back. Completely unprofessional. They did nothing to help and left me to take off a day of work to clean, I had to get my sister and friend to come over and help. So my husband took a day off, I took a day off, and she never even bothered to call me as I requested. There are no words. I would never recommend Solaz to anyone. So disappointed, angry, no furious. I made these arrangements 3 weeks before. Never again

Extremely thorough! They vacuum under my sofa cushions,under our beds, floors of our closets--all of those things that typically get skipped. I can always tell that things have been moved for dusting and vacuuming, which is a good thing! I have had Solaz do 2 bi-weekly cleans so far and I am very happy. Sandra is pleasant and easy to communicate with.
