I contracted Soldiers Point Services for removal of a tree on my property they did an excellent job. They were on time and did a great job cleaning up once finished.

Landscape - Install Landscaping for Yard or Garden
Awesome experience!!! I had them do some landscaping on my front yard and was totally impress with the quality of work and professonalism of the team. Could not be happier with the results. Will now have all my landscaping requirements done by Soldiers Point. If you have a landscaping need, get with Soldiers Point - you won't be disappointed!!!!

We signed a contract and made down payment of $150 (half of $300) for the season remaining. They came twice when there was hardly any snow, but did not turn up when we were having about 6 inches. Their mailbox for phone contact was full and we were forced to hire another contractor.No message was left by the "company". and we have not heard from the owner.. This is not a legitimate business, more reminiscent of a scam! Our check was promptly cashed.

"Under certain circumstances that Buffalo, Ny has had this winter with the amount of snow, there are many things we can not control. Vehicle issues. plow issues, but we try to rectify each situation as best as we can. But we did nor would we, take money from you. We are sorry you feel that way. We also offered you free plowing for an issues you had come across, but you denied that offer.You also noted, that you hired one of our drivers, on top of already having a plow company plowing your driveway and you were not happy with them. We hope you are satisfied with your, now new company and they are taking care of you.- MGMT."

Lawn Care - Maintain and Mow a Lawn
We paid in advance for weekly lawn services and never received any services. We were promised a refund which was never provided. Do not hire this company.

Had a communication problem with company and Home Advisor contacted company for me. Now have access to company through email again. Have established contact after an email from them and am moving forward with additional service request. Looking forward to resumed responsive relations with company as I had originally and am VERY relieved to have that level of confidence established once again. Thank you Mr. Laduca and thank you Home Advisor. It is good to know my first review was right!!! And I have other maintenance matters yet to discuss with this company.
