Franklin came to check my missing grid issue and figured out that one of two inverter was not working on my 14 year old converter. He ordered and installed new one. He did excellent job and I would recommend him to anyone looking for help.

I needed to replace my old solar inverter,
Solectric send 2 installer that replaced it, quick clean job and I got charged fairly.
I did call other companies for a quote but they're was the best and willing to replace it in sort time.

They came out on time and right away got the manufacturer on the phone. I had already created ticket so Franklin just confirmed that my inverter was not working and my new inverter was okayed to ship. Days later he came back to install and went above and beyond to get the job done. He needed to do a little more than he thought he would but he proved himself capable. I highly recommend Solectric.
