I booked these people to come out and clean my mothers carpet while she was in the hospital. They assured me they would be here to clean the carpets on Monday. They never showed up but my mother was released from the hospital. So I had to keep her at my house. They never notified me they were not showing up. Not a phone call not a text. I had to call them to find out they were on the other side of the state and would not be here today. They guarantee they would be here the next day, and again they did not arrive. I called the pro number was cut off. So then I called home advisor and they basically told me to just arrange for the carpets to be done by somebody else while my mother waited at my house because her house was tore up waiting for the carpets to be done. They offered just a $10 discount on another company when they should have offered half price. I am disgusted.

Sent out Silk Rug with urine damage, got back in beautiful condition. Great service and excellent communications. A rather expensive Turkish silk rug (at least for me!), I was worried to just ship it off to an unknown company but Fred was great! Thanks Soleimani Antique Rugs as Mystical Art!

Bryan was very knowledgeable about the stains in my carpet. He acknowledged that one particular stain has worked its way into the interior part of the carpet and would likely work its way to the top of the carpet again over time. Eventually, with multiple cleanings, the stain would be gone. I appreciated the facts. He was friendly, efficient and did a great job.
