Performed leaf removal of total property. They finished on time and charged a very fair rate. Would recommend/rehire.

I hired them to replace my residential mailbox. Instead of brick, stone was suggested, and it was done well by experienced men. I would recommend them if you need a replacement for your mailbox.

They only showed up after 11 every time they did show up. Took over a week to get the yard cleaned up. Didnâ t complete everything on the list so that was just deducted from what the balance was. Workers and owner very pleasant but they seemed stretched to thin as sometimes when they said they would be here, they didnâ t show up and I had to be the one to reach out.

Very fast response, were there on time, and worked quickly. Would definitely use then again.

I was paralyzed for a week because of the snow, unable to leave my driveway, I googled snow removal for my city and 2 companies popped up, Solid as a rock company was quick and efficient, removed the snow and salted my driveway, I was up and going in about an hour. By the way, the other company never called me back.

Ron came to give an estimate for the back concrete porch, work started within 2 days. Very disappointed with the crew that Ron sent to our home, to build a concrete porch. They had no real knowledge of the work they were doing. Promised 2 weeks for a completed job but it took 4 weeks. Cinder blocks, with no reinforcing rods/rebar, were used to frame the 12 ft x 24 ft porch. When Concrete was poured for the 4-inch porch slab, the cinder blocks gave way to pouring concrete into the yard. The porch slab was eventually poured into 3 sections after rebar was added. 4 concrete steps were poured and a good job with steps going out to the yard. Trouble came when the crew could not match the low banister on the sides of the steps. They capped the left banister with 3 full cap blocks (nice job), They capped the right banister with pieces of cap block (awful) only 2 additional full cap blocks were needed to make the banister match. I asked Ron to have the crew change to full cap blocks so the banister would match, they did not. Ron brought a flatbed trailer for the crew to load trash/ broken concrete on for clean-up. Great. .Disappointed in crew work. .Disappointed in Ron, the Owner. .Ron did not inspect the completed job.

We hired them to fill in old pool area (done but who knows with what), remove old pool pump and pipes (gone but I bet in the old pool), grade the yard to a mild slope (it is a mild slope but so rough and bumpy), put down top soil (it appears to be sand), put down sod just in the middle of the yard where old pool was (it is not smooth or even, it is those small patching sod squares and not sod rolls or pieces and is gaping and loose -not rolled- and while sod is dormant and brown in winter I bet this garbage will never grow). They hit the gate. They hit the shed. They drove heavy equipment over our neighbors yard including their water meter and sewer lines. They spread their top soil all over his yard and said they would put down grass seed but did not. Alas, they were paid before I saw the yard and talked to my neighbor. Paid lots of money! Had the audacity to ask for more if we wanted the whole back yard done this way. Left stumps and debris everywhere. I wish I could upload the photos. I hope my spouse is not paying to subscribe to Home Advisor

Communication was dreadful. The first person I spoke to does not speak any English. I did eventually talked to Ron who does speak English, and yet there were still communication problems. We asked for a plastic playground border, it was and it was even written on the invoice, but we were asked to pay the remaining balance before any border was laid down. When we brought it up, we were told that was too expensive (even though we had already agreed on the price and I paid the deposit upfront). We settled on a timber border, but it was installed AFTER the gravel had already been spread. So the gravel is not really contained by the border. The border was placed hastily without much care or forethought. Punctuality was even worse than communication. They were a week late finishing the project and spent most of their time working in the dark in our backyard to the light of their truck headlights, even though we had mostly clear sunny days this week. Bizarre. We were told twice that they would be there the same day and they never showed up. No calls, no texts, just silence. The quality of the retaining wall, however, was good, and we feel like they did a good job assembling our playset, but it is not enough to make up for the other problems I would not ever hire this company again nor would I recommend them to any of my friends.

They were very nice and helpful and you could tell they wanted the job to be what the customer wanted and worked toward that. They finished and started the job quickly. We would use them again!
