Contractor performed the work in a expedient manner and showed up when scheduled. The only issue that I had was that work was performed prior to pricing being discussed. I had a need for caulking on 2 second story windows, what I thought was going to be an initial assessment and then a discussion did not happen. After work was performed we were able to negotiate a reasonable price but felt a bit off put by the process. I would hire again but would make sure there is an agreed upon understanding of events prior to anything being performed. The quality of the work was good.

Better than I ever Expected

Other companies wanted to charge $650 to repair a small piece of vinyl siding that blew off in a storm. Solid construction did the work for $180. He worked quickly and talked me through why it blew off, and advised on what to do if it keeps happening. I found the information he provided very helpful. I would hire him for other jobs as well.

The Solid Construction guys were very polite and quick to respond with a reasonable estimate and a 1 year labor guarantee. They repaired my damaged siding and removed and replaced sections after nailing and screwing the siding onto my home to assure no further damage. They also replaced 4 air vents instead of 1 so everything looked new. Very considerate, efficient, hard working crew. Excellent work!
