Extremely professional. First-rate work. Adjusted rate downward for me as originally proposed materials were not needed after all. I would call them again for bigger projects.

The experience to date has surpassed our expectations. We are still working on our home renovations so the value for money is a little hard to rate at this time. All the contractors working with Solid have been punctual, professional and respectful. Couldn't ask for anything else.

HIred for remodel of bathroom. All were professional, paid attention to detail, care about the work they do and if the homeowner is happy with the work. They listen to the homeowner and our overall experience was outstanding. Tile arouind tub/floor beautiful! Everything done in a timely manner. Their experience shows in the work that they do. We also appreciated the company owners came out at the beginning and end to make sure that customer is happy and things were done according to standard and were always available for questions. We will definately hire them for other projects in the future.

From the very beginning Enrique and Cesar were fantastic! I was shocked by their level of customer service and professionalism. There prices are beyond fair and their work was spectacular. I expecially liked how they kept me informed throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend their company to anyone. They truly are one of the best companies out there. Hire them, you will not be disapointed.

I used Solid Construction for the flooring of my 2 roof deck patios. Cesar was extremely flexible working with my schedule and suggested I use SuperTex which so far I am really happy with. 2 of the other reasons I was really happy with everything was because throughout the whole process project status was communicated to me and this project involved going through my home for access to the deck, and I felt really comfortable with everyone doing th work. The end result looks great. I would definitely recommend Solid Construction.

I was dissatisfied with the outcome of my project and the ability for this company to provide professional work. Work that was stated in the contract was not done, workers were careless and cut corners in their job, I had to cover costs out of my own pocket for some repairs from their negligence, and I was threatened with a lien if I did not pay my remaining balance even though I was dissatisfied with the work.
Response from ESCS Contractors Corp
"Communication is the best tool for jobs to work and some times customers are not always available, so is difficult that they get exactly what they need. Sorry......."

Cesar arrived on time to the appointment. Very nice, very capable and would hire him for the job. I am currently seeking approval from my municipality to do the job. If it is approved, I would gladly hire this company!

We worked directly with one account manager, Cesar. He is extremely friendly. He follows up thoroughly and they leave everything clean. We had selected a paint that had a different color online then in daylight. Based on our initial conversation and what we wanted, he could tell that we made a mistake. He immediately called us to verify the paint color. Thank God, otherwise we would be sitting in a living room with all gray walls instead of off white. They did a good job.
