Garage - Remodel
Very friendly and tried to fix all my concerns but couldn't do it. The roof leaks big time there work overall is very poor. I feel bad about writing this because they were nice guys.

"The homeowner requested rv skylights in a shingle roof due to cost concerns against our better judgement the project came out very nice at a fair price. Next time when asked to do so I will decline sorry I listened to him."

Exterior Surfaces - Powerwashing
Their work is okay. They powerwashed my small ranch, roof, and small deck plus put up partial gutters & downspouts. If you hire these people be sure to get a written quote from them before they start. I didn't, and the price went from a verbal $850 to $1,600.

"We powerwashed her house for 250 her 20x15 deck for 150 to prepare it for stain.the customer asked us to do her gutters on the front of home, a small area at a high point on side of home and over her deck at rear of home we also installed gutter guards on entire job. We quoted her 1200 for gutter job and she knew it was a fair price by her own admission. The job was pitched properly secured and visually appealing.It is unfortunate that she felt that way. material alone for the gutters was close to 600 dollars btw"

They are good for small jobs. The installation of laminate wood flooring did not have professional finishing touches as they did not use a jigsaw.
