Major Renovation of Multiple Rooms
I will admit I am a very detail-oriented, high-maintenance client when it comes to home projects, but this team completely exceeded my expectations on our new home addition. The integration is completely seamless; it looks like it was always a part of the original house. We hired Solid Foundation Construction to handle our full basement remodel and could not be happier with the results. With a 32-year track record, you expect experience, but the level of professionalism from the crew still blew us away. They were incredibly fast, finished right on schedule, and kept the dust to an absolute minimum, which we really appreciated with kids in the house. Bathroom Remodel
The contractor is a fraud, signed a contract, and traveled to Korea for 3 days without informing the homeowner before consummating the contract. Continued to request funds from the homeowner from Korea. Purchased the wrong commode and Shower door. Wrong plumbing work which caused my basement to flood. Did not remove debris after work. Do not recommend this company. See photos attached

"Not understanding why a customer would have a problem with a contractor going on vacaction as work resumed and was completed. We signed a contract with Mr. Aniekwe in Jan and started work. and left for vacation few days later....again don't understand as work resumed. On the day of signing, we ordered the shower door and toilet with Mr and Mrs. Aniekwe at their home TOGETHER. When the shower door arrived, they did not like it, and we PAID for another shower door which we installed intending to return the unused one - but they will not allow us to return it. They are still in possession of the shower door they changed their mind. The contract was for 12.5K and the work was finished but we only got paid partial and paid for 2 shower doors that they selected. See attached pictures of the condition the bathroom and basement was in - basement was already flooded. Of course we asked for money when it was due and it was not paid."
