Got the job done

I had sagging floors in my home and I hired Solid Foundations for the repairs. They did an amazing job from the evaluator to the crew. I was informed about everything through every step of the process. The crew arrived on time and fixed my crawlspace and I haven?t had a single issue since.

We had them suppoditly repair a seawall in February of 2023,which I am not have it dug upand done right. They tried to repair their work once and that was enough for us. Do not waste your money with this company. We could have saved the 7K and had someone do it right.

My parents had a TERRIBLE experience with Solid Foundations and would NOT recommend them to anyone. I advised my parents to request an itemized invoice to confirm the charges, which Solid Foundations initially resisted providing and gave them a hard time about it. After final payment, we noticed an extra $900 charge for concrete work that wasnâ  t doneâ  we only had pavers. Chad, the general manager, admitted their mistake and adjusted the invoice to $150 for paver work, which should have left a $750 credit. But instead of issuing my parents the refund, Chad added the $750 back under a â  mobilizationâ  fee, claiming it was always part of the cost. This surprise charge ONLY surfaced after full payment was made and the discrepancy (their mistake) was pointed out, which feels deliberately misleading. He offered only a $150 credit instead of the full $750. On top of this, the work was of VERY poor quality. They left my parents' property in complete disarray (see pictures). The pavers were poorly laid, and debris was scattered everywhere. Their follow-up visit made the issues even worse. When we tried to address this with Chad, he was extremely rude and dismissive, refusing to take responsibility. Even stating â  at this point we have nothing further to discuss unless itâ  s through our attorney.â  Weâ  re incredibly disappointed in their service and lack of accountability. We would never recommend this company to anyone who expects honest and quality service.

The company assured me they would not damage my gutters or soffits. When I sent them pictures of the damage they did, they blamed it on the gutter installers ladder. They must think Iâ m a moron. They straight up lied to me. If they can lie about this, they will also probably lie about other work done as well. They also failed to pull a permit.

They did a good job BUT it settled a little and having made at least 8 calls and being told we are on a LIST, they have not done a thing to come out and even look at the problem. Nothing. Crickets. Iâ  ve stopped calling cause it does no good. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are priced good BUT they got their money and now weâ  re stuck with a gap. Live and learn

I interviewed several companies. This reviews is not just based on money. Even thought that they have the best price. They say they are a family company. You truly get that experience when dealing with them. From the office, inspector and the crew. They treated me with nothing but II interviewed several companies. Our 71 year old cottage-size house had a crumbled foundation and needed a lift. The salesperson came out to see our job on 9/15/20. His quote arrived promptly within 5 hours of his visit. We signed the contract and paid 20% down 9/22/20. This job was in the double digits. Big money for us. We were told who the project manager was and that he would call us within 1-3 business days. We were told that our project would begin on 10/14/20. My husband and the project manager had spoken about the job over the phone a couple of times and we prepared the area as we were told to do. Late again, the project manager called my husband and finally admitted that he was about two weeks behind and the best he could do was start the job on Saturday, 10/24/20. I appreciated his honesty but must admit, we were a little frustrated at this point. Quality Control is only as good as we, as consumers, demand. Luckily for us, we reached out to the owner of the company. Clearly there was a communication issue with management and the crew. The owner (Rick) was receptive to our concerns and he explained ways that he has made some significant changes so there is more communication with the managers and the crew. The job was done to our satisfaction and our house is level. The crew did amazing work. This is a perfect example of taking it to the top when you are not satisfied. Rick was very interested in our frustration and cared about how we were treated and we feel his managers and crew will be better for the lessons learned from this job.

They put many ruts in my neighbors yard with their equipment while completing the repair to my foundation and did nothing to try and correct the issue. I had to purchase sod to fill in the ruts left in his yard so I could keep being a good neighbor to him. They did extra work for me and did not charge me anything for it. The crew were friendly people and did a great job. If they would have addressed the ruts left in my neighbors yard I would have given them a solid 5 out of 5.

Solid foundations is one really great company. I live in Bel,envies Florida, and Two years ago I had the sandy foundation under my driveway washing away. I had no clue what to do. I called Dustin and told him about my problem. Dustin and his crew came out and filled under the driveway with foam. Two years later I crawled in the crawl space and it was rock solid. Since then I noticed a little area that I was concerned about. I called Dustin he proceeded to send a crew to look at it and they filled it. It was just minor. I highly recommend Solid foundations to anyone having problems. In these days itâ s hard to find a company that stands by their work. And Solid Foundations is really great. It was not a concrete foundation

Extremely professional and competent. Completed work on time and cleared all debris. They were the only contractor who knew how to fix the problem with our privacy wall.

Good job. Reasonable price.

I am very satisfied with the job performed. Very professional and courteous. The only glitch was the scheduling. I was promised a date but when I called to confirm, I was told that they scheduled me for the following Thursday.

Recently I hired Solid Foundations to stabilize my home. Not only was Solid Foundations quick to start on the job, they were so personable and helpful. Dustin explained to me with so much knowledge what the job was consisting of, and how it was going to help solve my foundation problems. The crew who worked on my home was so courteous and friendly, on schedule and very neat! I couldn t have asked for a better company to complete the job for me. They handled everything precisely, and their price could not be beat! Solid Foundations was awesome and took a lot of stress off of me! A HUGE thank you to everyone at Solid Foundations!

Awesome company!! They did great work at a great price and even did more than proposed for no extra charge. I would recommend them to anybody and I already have two my neighbors who are having similar issues.

I interviewed several companies for this project, I had piers installed, and polyurethane installed. They were on time when they said they would start the project, they were great and very professional. They were a really nice company and I would recommend them to anybody. they are family owned and operated which really stood out to me, I really liked that about the company.
