To obtain the part you requested we did add 30 minutes of travel time and that brought the bill to 3 1/2 hours of work done. We sold you the parts at cost to keep the invoice reasonable. Ed arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem with the light and offered two solutions to fix it. He then made the repair and neatly cleaned up. The only way you knew he had been there, was the light was now working. Great work at a very fair price.

Ed was knowledgable and well qualified to handle our job. we had outlets replaced and he upgraded the circuit breaker to correct our problem. He took time to explain the work required and arrived in a timely manner.

Do not hesitate to contact them! I used another local firm a year ago - to do the same job at my old house. This was 1/3 of the price AND they did it correctly. (The other firm put on an incorrect plug and I know now I was totally taken advantage of!) I am SO HAPPY with Solid Ground. Ed was my technician. Professional. Kind. So smart! The whole experience is a 10! Hire them without hesitation.
