During the inspection, he clearly explained in layman s terms the areas that needed improvement, and promptly sent a fully organized and detailed report in less than 24 hours over for our review. We also had a follow up call where he walked us through the report. Highly recommend - home inspection is one of the most important parts of buying a home and Kevin is an all star.

The pandemic situation has thrown everything off. I would have felt better if I had met the guy in person then the name I have used to set the appointment would not have been changed. However, so far the inspection on papers seems to be okay. Phone wise He is professional and prompt in getting his job done. I would recommend him and use him again.
