Powerwashing
Great experience with Solid Maintenance! Discussed the job with Leon (driveway, sidewalk, and roof needing regular powerwash cleaning), he quoted a very reasonable price and let me know he was avail to do the job the very next day. Job completed next day just as advertised, Leon provided before/after pix (I live out of state) which I greatly appreciated, and no price surprises. Definitely plan to call him up when I need this work again!

Roof Cleaning Service
Leon had a challenge ahead of him with my roof. It had not been pressure washed or cleaned in over 8 years and to say it was filthy and moldy is an understatement. The finished product exceeding my expectations and my roof looked brand new when he was finished. I highly recommend Solid Maitenance not only for the commitment to the job but also for the excellent pricing!

"Thank you so much for the review, God bless you and your beautiful family."

Roof Cleaning Service
Solid Maintenance has a work ethic like one use to experience during the '50's and '60's. The owner is professional and personable. His technicians are professional, meticulous, and efficient. Quality service is their goal, which was quite evident as I watched them work. I was thrilled to have them on my property. They took great care of my home and my outdoor personal property.
Response from Solid Maintenance, LLC
"Thank you so much Steve for that awesome review, God bless you!"

Powerwashing
We hired Solids Maintenance to pressure wash our roof, driveway and decks. They were pleasant, prompt and easy to work with. They arrived on time, did an excellent job and and took care of areas that required extra attention. Jerry was diligent and persevered in spite of heavy rain. The owner of the business stayed in contact throughout the day. I definitely will use them again, and will recommend this company for pressure washing projects.

Solid Maintenance did an excellent job of power washing and painting my driveway. The technician was pleasant, professional, on time and very knowledgeable about the work he performed. He walked me through every aspect of the job to explain it to me and made sure I was satisfied with the results. They did a great job at a very fair price. I would definitely recommend this company, Solid Maintenance, LLC.
