The work was very,very,good!!! The worker was very polite!!The only problem I have is that the person who did the work wanted to change the cost of the work after the work had already begun. This would give me pause in hiring him again,even though his work was great!!! Also, after he was paid,he was unable to give us a receipt. He said he would e-mail us one.We never did get one. Maybe some further training would help him. Again, let me stress that his work was excellent!!!!!!! I am conflicted sending this review because of this, but due to the fact that he wanted to change the price,I feel I must do this in order to keep him from doing this in the future!!! Just trying to help him!!!!!

"Mrs. Carolyn, Thank you for your review. I am glad that you were pleased with the work I did at your house, It was a pleasure working with you. To give some clarity to your statement that I tried to change the price after I began the work, I am afraid that is not the complete picture. When I came and looked at the work to be done, I did several items of work listed on the HA lead request like changing high hanging light bulbs and fixing blinds completely free of charge and on the spot, then I gave an estimate for the price to paint around the front door. Then after the work started you asked me to paint the window above the door as well. Granted it was not a lot more work but as I was already charging less then what I normally do, I felt it was appropriate to politely ask for a change of price that matched the change of work, You declined and I made not further attempt or request. I simply said' "ok thank you." I appreciate your concern for my training, and If there is some other more professional way I could handle the above situation, please let me know. Thanks!"
