Solid Rock Repair Service, LLC

My older model Whirlpool refrigerator stopped circulating cold air to both its freezer and refrigerator compartments. Although, I called several appliance repair services, Dennis the owner of Solid Rock Repair was the only one who picked up the phone directly. He got all the information on the Whirlpool and made an appointment to see me within four hours. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem as a starter that had gone bad and was not providing energy to the compressor. He replaced the part, and also cleaned out the accumulated dirt under the appliance. He was very thorough and professional in is work with me. I would call him again with my appliance repairs.

Dennis called us at 10:00 pm to get the job. He assured us he would be at our house two days later between 8 and 12. We called the night before and he then assured us he would be there around 10:00 as we were the 2nd job. He never showed up at our house, never called us and never returned our two messages. We are not sure what happened but we were very disappointed.

Excellent job repairing my dishwasher. The pricing was great. Cleans up after himself. Quality work, good pricing, and a pleasure to have as your repair person. Yes I will hire him again. He has a work ethic that is rare to find these days and when you do find it, you don't want to loose it. Thanks for quality service and pricing.

Nice guy, but apparently is not equipped to handle large appliance installations. The fee I paid up front included hauling away the old dishwasher. His vehicle needed repairs, so he said he would come back to pick up the old washer. It's now a month after the install, the old dishwasher is still sitting in my living room, and Dennis is not returning my phone calls. Very disappointing.

to make sure they complete the job and clean-up afterwards,and to remember that your the boss,and he is working for you,so have him do it the way you want it done not the way he wants it done!!!

Responded immediately when I asked for a quote. Offered to check out my dryer same day after work. Even though he found my dryer did not need repair , it needed a good cleaning. He cleaned the entire inside of the dryer and made sure all parts were in working order. I will definitely call Dennis when needed in the future.
