Took a deposit, gave a string of excuses for not doing the job, agreed to refund the money, then disappeared. Untrustworthy

I hired Diego, signed a contract, paid 1/2 of the money down and waited until they were set to begin according to the contract 4 weeks later. However, with no notice, they did not show up. After texting, he said there were issues and he would be there the next week. Still no show and lack of communication. They were supposed to install it in June. It is now August and I cannot get ahold of him.

He was great to work with. Wonderful design! Accountable for the mistakes of his staff, and readily corrected the work.
