They do not know what they are doing. I paid $6,500.0 for work that needs to be removed and redone. Specifications: 1. Concrete was to be three and a half inches thick. Some places are 3/8 inch thick. That is less than an inch! Some edges are actual holes. Grass mixed in with the concrete. 2. Was to be graded to 1/4 inch per foot. Some areas were not graded at all. areas are 4 inches high so water will not flow away from the house.

Turned out he did not have the blue card required in the city of Lynn Haven. I never received anything in writing until afterward. Formed only the straightaways. Did not seem to know about breaks and only put them in after I complained and the concrete dried. Then did not have the correct tool to cut to the house. I had to hire someone else to complete the work. He refused to form the curve as promised and rushed the job. He was aggressive about payment. The concrete truck was in my driveway and he was pouring before the prep work was completed. I told him I was dissatisfied the curve was not yet formed and he was already pouring, why are you doing that?! His answer: *Trust me!* For the rest of my life when I see that misshapen curve it will remind me of the bad experience and the amateur result, instead of the pleasure my $1600 should have given me. I should have fired him when the truck showed up and the site was not prepared as promised. Even when I talked to him the night before, and asked about the curve, he said he would finish forming in the morning. I told him I wanted to be able to approve the curve before pouring. He promised. He was untruthful. He said he forgot. The short concrete path under a breezeway is 2 1/4 inches higher on one side than the other and slopes 0.2 in. towards the garage so now when it rains the rain is streaming into the garage under what should have been a dry breezeway.
