In-home generator which came with the house. They rolled a truck for a flat fee - no problem. The issue was the unit was out of oil (had no idea - no manual came with the unit). They had a crew of 4 guys standing around looking at the unit for 30 mins and ended up charged me twice as much as the truck fee just to replace some oil. I wont be hiring them again. If they were "forgiving" of such a simple mistake, I would have agreed to a service contract. Too bad.

"Hi Jason, Thanks for reaching out - I talked to our Operations Mgr: They determined the best way to remove the lock, that was missing a key, without damaging your generator. The latch mechanism stuck and they worked around planters that were up against the unit covering 2 of the sides making it difficult to see the latches on the inside of the cover. They had to gently work to pry the latches lose without ripping the cover off the hinges. Since the generator - took all of the oil they had in the truck - they purchased additional for you. Arrived on time; notified me of safety issues, needed a new box to accommodate the job. Even put together my electric fireplace/mantel. Clean and courteous. Will use when I redo the kitchen upstairs!

Make sure you have everything in writing. I hired them, paid them and still haven't been able to get an invoice that I had requested. They seemed to be professional workers but never gave me an invoice upon completion of the job. I will be calling them again today.

Our work required him to coordinate with the power company to shut off power to our house. He did a great job and kept us informed during the whole process. Would definitely use him again.
