Thomas and his company was very professional and above all else communicated very well which seems to be difficult with most subcontractors or trade laborers. It is a little challenging to gain access to my condo and he worked through it to get the work done. I would strongly recommend this company for any type of hvac work in the future and will be calling them back. I have signed up for a maintenance plan so they will be checking my hvac unit every 6 months to make sure that everything is working well.
