My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Matt. He came out to fix a crack in our fiberglass tub under manufacture warranty and completed the work with excellent workmanship, making the tub look better than new. Matt was prompt, friendly, and very professional throughout the entire process. He also took the time to inspect our upstairs tub, identified some weak spots, and proactively repaired them, which we really appreciated. Overall, his attention to detail and quality of work stood out, and we would absolutely recommend his services to others.

Our project was a refinish of a bathtub previously refinished about 20 years ago. All our contacts with Solutions Tub were professional: they were able to set a date several weeks out, they showed up on time, and in about 6 hours produced a beautiful surface on an old tub that was a much cheaper alternative to replacing the tub.

From first contact through completion of service, we knew we were dealing with a tub repair expert who performed quality work at reasonable prices. We requested service for a cracked fiberglass bathtub in a four unit apartment building. The tub had a tile tub surround, so we did not want to replace the tub. Matt Pickering assured us that he could professionally repair the tub for an estimated cost of $300 to $400 which was a very good value given the cost of replacing the tub and surround. The appointment was promptly scheduled, Matt arrived on time, examined the tub, and confirmed he could do the job for $250. The customer service and communication with both excellent, the tub looks great, and we highly recommend his expertise and services. We have already referred him to others because of our great service experience.

Matt does a top quality job, is friendly and informative. Our tub and shower tiles look great! We are very pleased with his work. Matt tends to over schedule himself, which makes communication and scheduling difficult with him.

Matt was so service oriented. He rescheduled another job just to fit me into a very tight window to get our house on the market. Also, we were advised separately by our plumber that Solutions Tub is a firm he has recommended to others many times for the quality of the work. Since our job was just completed, I cannot attest to the product yet, but it looks great!

We put in a new surround in the bathroom, fixtures and all! Matt went above and beyond what he had to do. Going out and purchasing a drain stop so it matched my faucets & showerhead. While he was scheduled for one day, he insisted the toilet come out so that the side of the tub, which nobody sees was done correctly. His perfectionism is impeccable. I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you Matt! My bathtub looks like new and fits perfectly with the rest of the remodel! People..... call this guy!!! His work is great, he is trustworthy and knows what he is doing.

Did a great job with the finishing of the surround tub we had refinished. Was clean, polite and careful not to damage anything in the house. Had some schedualing issues, but were given a price discount for our trouble. Would ask him to do another job for us without hesitating! Nice to see good service, and someone doing what was promised to us!

Matt Pickering was professional and polite. He explained in detail the work he was going to do, and he left instructions with us on how to care for the new bathtub surface. He suggested that we replace the bath and shower faucet trim, which we did. He arrived on time and complete the work on time, and left the work site clean. We would have given him 5 stars, but the new surface has a few minor blemishes. In particular, a few square inches solidified while still in flow, and can be seen such if one looks closely.
