Richard was great! Very professional, honest, great customer service and thorough with his work. We hired him to look at our fridge/freezer that wasn’t defrosting properly. He completed his diagnostic check, explained in detail the problem, and recommended options. We will definitely hire him again and will refer to family and friends.

Rich was very responsive. He called me within an hour of me submitting my quote. He came out the following day to examine my dishwasher and determined that we needed a new one. And then he was there to install the new one the following day which was on a Sunday. I couldn’t have asked for a more responsive and prompt service team. I would definitely be hiring them again and recommending them Or appliance repair and installation.
