Good inspection. Thorough report. Received report quickly. The format of the report was slightly confusing but the information was valuable. Scheduling through HomeAdvisor did not work, and created some confusion. Aside from that, a very satisfactory experience. Would recommend.

Mr. Somers was very thorough and walked us through everything in the house. He also gave advice on some easy diy fixes for some of the smaller cosmetic defects to the property. He seemed knowledgeable as he explained every point he noted on his report in detail and his experience in the field showed. Highly recommend.

Very professional unlike two of the other â prosâ who badgered me with phone calls and emails until I had to tell them to stop. Somers is a very experienced professional inspector who was very courteous and did a great job. They also charge less than the lesser experienced pros who badgered me.

Jeff and Kristen were incredibly diligent, straightforward, informative and helpful. Kristen's client relations and follow ups were on point. She reached out promptly and explained all the service options clearly. Jeff's attention to detail was second to none. I would recommend Somers 10x over! I was hesitant on getting an inspection on a new build, however, I am now certain that this is one of the best investments Iâ ve ever made. While my builder did not have huge violations, there were a ton of little things that would have been problematic in the future or that I would have never noticed. Jeffâ s attention to detail and meticulous nature are everything that is needed in an inspection. Kristen was professional, yet personable and kept me in the loop along the way.
