Did a good job on stretching the carpet.

He was not on time the first day, came without the proper supplies, had to leave for an hour to buy them, broke a piece of my dresser, and took 2 hours for lunch. The second day he brought help, but broke off a piece of my pantry door. He repaired both items. I then had to ask him to place the carpet to tile transition strips back and he stated he never does that as it is not normally done. He seemed peeved that I insisted on this as per the initial quote. He had to leave again to purchase these items. The finished project looks good, but it was not worth all the delays and damaged items.

Brian was nice but the craftsmanship of the work was poor the house is in worse shape than when he arrived. He damaged tiles that weren't initially broken.

Truth be told, my low rating has more to do with my experience after the work was completed. A few hours after he left, I noticed that there was some slight damage to one of the tiles in my shower, in a corner and close to the floor. An attempt had been made to repair it. I emailed the business and simply stated that I really wished I had been told about it upfront rather than finding it on my own. That was on a Monday night and now, five days later, I have not received any communication from this business to even acknowledge my email. Exceptionally disappointing.

The guy did a fantastic job and was very professional. I would have him do work for me again!

Worked quickly, great quality on the repair and cleaned/vacuumed up any mess created during the repair. Can not ask for much more. Arrived a little later than expected, but was proactive about notifying me he was running behind schedule well ahead of arrival. Very considerate. I would use Interior Finishes again and would also recommend their services to a friend.
