I contracted with this outfit to remove a broken tree limb. The tree is on a rental property and it was imperative that it is removed as soon as possible. Sonder gave me a specific time when they would do the work, and I was relieved to have the work completed so soon. A few days later, however, discovered that the work had not been done as promised. When I contacted the company, they informed me that they did not have the equipment to remove the limb in question because of his height. They gave no explanation as to why they had not notified me earlier that they were not able to do the work. As a result, I had unhappy tenants and a substantial delay and inconvenience in arranging for another company to do the work. From my experience, this company is unresponsive, unreliable, and cannot be trusted.

The crew did a great job!!

I have gone through a lot of landscapers and not found anyone as good as these guys! They show up on time, and you can always call them and get a special appointment made if needed beyond routine care. They will exceed your expectations every time!
